【练法】
  1) 先听 LR-D.mp3 两遍，不看文字，抓大意；
  2) 对着《L&R 原文合集》对应那一页跟读七句，抓断句与重读；
  3) 盖住原文，逐句听 LR-Q1..Q7.mp3 复述。
  4) 再做访谈：听 IV-D.mp3 明白访谈在问什么，逐题 45 秒作答并回听。
